We know buying used kit and fetish items online can feel a little different from shopping on a normal clothing website so weve tried to keep our returns policy simple and straight forward.
💦 Used & fetish items
A lot of the items available through Gay Scallys are pre-owned, worn and supplied specifically for fetish purposes. Because of the nature of these items, we can’t offer returns simply because you’ve changed your mind about an item after receiving it where an applicable legal exception applies.
For items that are made or prepared specifically to your requirements, cancellation rights may also not apply where the item is genuinely personalised or bespoke.
We will always make it clear on the product page if an item is made specifically for you or falls into this bracket, please decide if you wish to complete your purchase, no purchase is necisary
📦 Please check your order when it arrives
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, materially different from its description, or we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and our friendly team will be happy to help.
We’ll look into it with you and, where you’re legally entitled to a remedy, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
